Is your gold jewellery hypoallergenic? Yes. 

Due to the hypoallergenic properties of 316L stainless steel it is unlikely that the jewellery will cause an allergic reaction. Our gold pieces are nickel free.

Can I wear your gold jewellery in the water or at the beach? Yes. 

We found the perfect formula to create gold plated jewellery that is durable, doesn't discolour and looks high end. We use PVD - physical vapor deposition - technique for the gold coating over a stainless steel base. Our gold layer is thicker than the industry standard for non tarnish and long lasting wear. 

How do you pack the jewellery?

All of our jewellery comes in a Briella card and inside a delicate linen bag, perfect for gifting.

I haven't received my order yet, what shall I do?

Sometimes there can be a delay of a few days to your order. If your order hasn't arrived yet, we would recommend the following:

• Waiting a few extra working days in case the courier is just delayed.
• Checking your letterbox as it's a small package that can fit in there. 
• Checking if there is any missing information or error with your address details.
• Checking if you have received a courier note about your package.
